Choosing the Cover

Choosing the cover was a breeze this month because everyone loved this cover photo for our main feature, The Perfect Chop. Grilling photos can get brown and monotonous, so we went with something light, bright and delicious for the cover. Photographer Greg Rannells followed Michael Renner's suggestions for grilling up lamb chops, and this was the beautiful result: luscious chops resting on a bed of rosemary that you can almost taste. Of all the options we had, this one felt the most like summertime. And when it's unanimous, choosing the cover is oh-so simple.
