Foodie Poll

Do you ever send food back to the kitchen?
A prima donna you are not. You eat what you're served. Yet we wonder what youu'd do if you found a fly in the soup.

Vincent P. Bommarito, co-owner and executive chef of Tony's, said he wants to know if a dish disappoints (see 5 Questions in the August issue of Sauce Magazine). Are you the type who'd tell a chef that your steak was too pink? What about a smaller flaw, say, dressing tossed in a salad instead of served on the site like you requested? Hmm ... maybe you're pickier than you thought.
Hey, it's my money and I'm paying to get what I want. So yes, I send stuff back.
I don't feel comfortable sending something back unless there's a huge flaw with the dish.
